Neighbors Warming Neighbors Home Energy Survey
The Dunbarton Energy Committee (DEC) has a program to provide a 
Home Energy Survey called Neighbors Warming Neighbors. We has expanded Neighbors Warming Neighbors to include all income levels to develop more interest and help Dunbarton residents begin developing their own energy efficiency improvement program. It is a great way to check to see if your attempts to button -up your home or increase its energy efficiency have been successful.
We are just beginning the 2019-20 season, now that it is cold enough for clear IR scans with our imaging camera.
Neighbors Warming Neighbors documents include the NWN program announcement, our Walkthrough_Audit_Checklist,
some good Button-up energy video Listings, and a NWN Sample Image Report that shows what the homeowner receives after the home visit.
